How do remote vehicle scans work?
We can remotely access a vehicle in two ways: either through a Wi-Fi-enabled scan tool or through vehicles with independent Wi-Fi. Once we have access, we perform a vehicle scan similar to in-person scans.
How can you help my shop with ADAS calibration?
We will partner with one of your technicians to properly set up the ADAS calibration tools via video chat and perform a remote calibration test to ensure your ADAS calibrations align with the manufacturer’s requirements.
Can you access my car remotely?
We can only access vehicles with on-board Wi-Fi connections and recommend that you call us before trying to request remote services.
Do you always have remote access to a car after a scan?
No, we lose access to the vehicle after the scan is complete. You must authorize vehicle access so we can scan your car remotely.
